What if my schedule doesn't work for the program?The program is so simple and easy to follow that it literally takes no time at all and can be finished quickly enough each day. There is minimal equipment involved and the routines are short enough to be scheduled in at any time during a busy day.

How long is the Fit Foundation Formula?This will be over 6 days. Day ZERO will be when you sign up right now. You will be given the expectations laid out clearly for you to execute first thing in the morning for each subsequent day.

Some sports have some carryover exercises and program structure - such as baseball and cricket, or rugby and football. However, these sports also have their nuances as well as different demands for the season - football has one big game every week, while the baseball schedule allows for multiple games played in one day. The 5 Day Fit Foundation Formula gets you ready for ANY program with ANY trainer. Once you're done, we can guarantee that you'll have good understanding of your athletic strengths and weaknesses.

What is the minimum age to train?We'll answer that question with another question: do you believe your child is ready? At CeruLean Fit, there isn't technically a minimum age. There is however, a minimum level of maturity. We have mature 8 year-olds that are focused on developing their athletic skills to the next level. With that being said, from a general standpoint, if children can exercise in a safe environment then there is no minimum age for kids to workout.

How are the programs typically structured?There are typically 8 phases to our programs and this is the order of those phases: 1) Fit Foundation 2) Stability Phase 3) Endurance Phase 4) Hypertrophy Phase 5) Strength Phase 6) Power Phase 7) Speed Phase 8) Sport Specific Phase Each phase focuses on a different aspect of fitness and it builds the athlete naturally towards the next phase.
