Do I need a gym?
A gym helps, but many drills have at-home options.

The app shows you what to do with the gear you have.

 

Can I do this in-season?
Yes, if you choose the Fit Foundation Formula, you can do that any time.

If you choose 1-on-1 Online Coaching, I can match your game/practice load.

Skill Systems can be adjusted by reducing volume but they're designed for the off-season.

 

How much time per session?
Most sessions run 25–75 minutes, 3–5 days/week.

 

I’m a beginner. Where do I start?
Start with the Free Trial (Five-Day Fit Foundation),

If you think you've got the handle of it, then move to a Skill System

If you're still not confident enough on your own, choose Online Coaching.

 

Do I need a radar or bat sensor?
They help with tracking, but they’re optional.

The app includes simple ways to measure progress without devices.

You'll be able to feel if you've improved. 

 

WHAT IF I GET TOO BULKY OR SLOW?
You won't get bulky or slow.

All programs are sequenced to build:

mobility, flexibility, stability, strength, power AND speed

WHILE you gain muscle at the same time.

HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
You will start feeling loose and moving more smoothly within a few days.

You will notice some improvement in performance in 1-2 weeks.

You will notice serious changes in 4-8 weeks. 

Remember, results vary...

Some people become a different athlete in a week, some might take months.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN EXISTING INJURY?
I won't give you medical advise, if you feel pain, consult with a doctor.

If you're cleared to exercise, you can do any online program. 

If the pain prevents you from doing a movement, email me and I can make modifications.

WHAT IF I MISS A WEEK?
That's no problem. Just pick up where you left off.

If you miss more than 10 days, I suggest a deload week (lighter workloads) before training hard again. 

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE ONLINE?

Online coaching gives you a custom plan to follow

Online focuses on feedback, accountability, check-ins and reminders. 

If in-person coaching covers 1 hour of training, online focuses on the other 23 hours of the day.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM DELIVERED?

Via our iOS/Android app.

You’ll get a calendar, exercise videos, session notes, testing checklists, and progress tracking.

Log in with your email/password and start in minutes.

Does THIS REPLACE MY SPORT PRACTICE?

No. This will support it.

Your sport skills still come from practice and play.

My job is to make you stronger, faster, more resilient so those skills show up more often.

WHAT IF I CHOSE THE WRONG SKILL SYSTEM?
That's not a problem at all.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS?
The Skill Systems are a one-time purchase.

With Online Coaching, you pay me how you want to:

Weekly, monthly, split pay or all at once for a committed time.

Cancel at any time.

I won't force you into a commitment you don't want to be in.
