The AFTERSCHOOL ATHLETE ACCELERATOR is a custom fitness program catered to your exact needs. We work on your weaknesses while improving your strengths. You get a training plan, nutrition coaching, performance tracking and regular accountability to make sure you keep up with your goals. All for a fraction of the price of Personal Training.

If you've worked with a trainer before but they don't specialize in strength & conditioning for athletes then this is the right program for you. If you've got time afterschool and you need the accountability to stay on your goals and healthy habits then this is the perfect performance program for you. If you want to be more educated in fitness, the accelerator program is perfect for you.

Do I need to book sessions?

 

No booking required.

 

Your athlete can drop in during coached training hours:

  • Weekdays: 2pm–6pm

  • Weekends: 8am–12pm
     

Think of it like “elite office hours” and come when you can, get coached, get better.

 

 

 

What’s included in this program?

 

Every athlete receives:

  • A custom program tailored to their sport, position, and goals

  • In-person, semi-private coaching during drop-in blocks

  • Programming updated every mesocycle (2–4 weeks)

  • Performance tracking and testing

  • Access to our training app for videos, notes, and progress logs

  • Weekly accountability check-ins

  • The option to join a 16-Week Challenge

No athlete trains on a generic “one-size-fits-all” program.

What if my athlete

wants to join a Challenge?

 

Great! That's what this program was built for.

 

We offer four performance-based challenges:

  • Vertical Jump Challenge (jump +4 inches)

  • Sprint Speed Challenge (run +4 mph faster)

  • Throwing Velocity Challenge (throw +4 mph harder)

  • Hitting Power Challenge (hit +4 mph harder)
     

If your athlete hits the goal ➜ they earn 16 weeks FREE.

Refer 4 friends ➜ earn an additional 16 weeks FREE.

Athletes can win up to 8 months of elite training for free.

 

 

 

How long are the sessions?

 

Sessions last as long as the athlete needs.

 

Most complete their training in 45–75 minutes, depending on:

  • The phase of training

  • Their session intensity

  • In-season vs. off-season workload

  • Their specific Challenge
     

There’s no rushing and no waiting around.

 

 

 

Is semi-private training safe?

 

Yes! Semi-private is intentionally safer than large group bootcamp-style training.

 

Your athlete gets:

  • Direct supervision

  • Technique corrections

  • Load progressions that match ability

  • Movement quality checks

  • Safe sprinting, jumping, and lifting mechanics

  • Attention without being overwhelmed
     

Safety is engineered into every rep.

 

 

 

Will strength training stunt my child’s growth?

 

Nope! This is a myth.

 

When training is:

  • Coached

  • Age-appropriate

  • Technique-focused

  • Gradually progressed
     

Strength training supports healthy growth and prevents injuries.

 

Every reputable sports organization in North America recommends supervised youth strength training for athletic development.

 

 

 

Will my athlete get too bulky or slow?

 

No.

I don’t train bodybuilders.

I train athletes.

 

Your athlete will build:

  • Stability

  • Mobility

  • Strength

  • Power

  • Speed

  • Acceleration

  • Agility

  • Explosiveness
     

Athletes become faster, lighter, and more reactive. Not bulky or slow.

 

 

 

Can my athlete train in-season?

 

Absolutely.

I adjust the program accordingly:

  • Intensity (How heavy they lift)

  • Volume (How much overall work they do)

  • Sprint frequency (I program how often they need to run)

  • Plyometric load (How heavy or frequently they perform explosive movements)

  • Lifting progressions (Which exercises are required for them to do)
     

In-season athletes get lighter, faster, explosive sessions without burning them out or overtraining that keep them fresh for games.

 

 

 

Is my athlete too young?

 

Athletes 11+ can join.

Younger athletes may join after an assessment.

I’ve trained mature 8-year olds. 

One time an EXTREMELY mature, talented and gifted 5-year old. 

 

We tailor the level of training to the athlete’s:

  • Maturity

  • Coordination

  • Strength level

  • Experience

  • Sport demands
     

No one lifts heavy until their technique is rock solid.

 

 

 

My athlete is shy.

Will they blend in or get ignored?

 

Shy athletes can thrive in this environment.

 

Semi-private coaching provides:

  • Supportive atmosphere

  • Consistent encouragement

  • One-on-one corrections

What if my athlete has an injury?

 

If they are cleared to train, I modify the program instantly.

 

Inside the fitness app, I can:

  • Remove painful movements

  • Add regressions

  • Add mobility or stability work

  • Adjust sprint/jump volumes

  • Provide alternative exercises
     

Injured athletes are never left behind. We train around the injury safely.

 

 

 

What if we miss a week?

 

No problem at all.

Your program is built inside the app, so your athlete:

  • Picks up exactly where they left off

  • Gets a deload if needed
