What's in the Skill Systems?

​​​

These are 16 week programs divided into 3 Phases that build upon each other.  They're designed to stack up skills to set you up for high performance programs for speed, agility, explosiveness and strength. 

 

PHASE #1 - FOUNDATIONAL FITNESS

What's the point of having strong muscles if your tendons and ligaments can't keep up? In this phase, we'll build flexibility, mobility, stability and stamina so you're ready for more demanding movements.

PHASE #2​ - POWER  PERFORMANCE

Being strong in all ranges of motion to get your body prepared before physically demanding movements.​ In this phase, we build up muscle size, strength and explosiveness.

PHASE #3 ​ - SPORT-SPECIFIC SKILL & SPEED

How can an athlete separate themselves from the competition? They need to stand out by leaving everyone else in the dust. In this phase, we take the foundation and the power that we've already built from before and then harness it into GAME SPEED.

how long is each
skill system?

The program is 16 weeks. There are 3 phases, divided up into 8 distinct blocks of programming. 1) Fitness Foundations 2) Stability Phase 3) Muscular Endurance 4) Hypertrophy 5) Strength 6) Power 7) Speed & Agility 8) Sport-Specific

What do I get
with the systems?

Each skill system is specifically designed to target the athletic weakness you're looking to get rid of. All skill systems consist of the following: 1) A video exercise library that explains how to do each exercise. 2) a warm up and cool down protocol for each workout, practice, or game scenario. 3) Nutrition Coaching 4) Accountability 5) A mini course in maintaining your gains putting it all together to become a complete athlete!

What if I need
special accommodations?

Each program can accommodate to different needs. If you're injured or don't have access to some equipment, there are regression options. If you need a more personalized touch, you can work with a coach 1-on-1. The option to schedule a call is there!

What are the
next steps?

After you're done with a Skill System, you have two options for how you'd like to move forward. 1) Purchase another Skill System to work on another weakness. 2) Restart the Skill System when you're done and see if you can beat the numbers you had last time. BONUS #1) You can provide us with feedback on how to improve our program. We get to test out the new and improved version on you at no extra cost! BONUS #2) You can hire a Strength Coach to work with 1-on-1. Let's get you to the highest level you can obtain!
